What we collect
This site is a static information site. We do not run accounts, and we do not collect personal information except (a) what you send through the contact form — your name, email address, and message, used only to reply to you — and (b) standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and operations.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies for its own features. Third-party advertising, described below, uses cookies.
Advertising and Google cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (www.google.com/settings/ads). Alternatively, users can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices. We have not implemented any advertising feature that overrides a user’s opt-out.
Analytics
If analytics tooling is enabled, it is used in aggregate to understand which guides are read; we do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade the information you send us. Contact-form messages are read by the site operator only. Server logs are processed by our hosting provider under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete a message you sent at any time via the contact page. Cookie choices are managed through your browser settings and the opt-out links above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Educational information only. LLC Cost Guide is not a law firm, accounting firm, or filing service, and nothing on this page is legal or tax advice. Fees and deadlines change; confirm the current figures with your Secretary of State (or Division of Corporations) before filing, and consult a licensed attorney or CPA for advice about your specific situation.
